Rossyln Avenue is a development of 39 affordable homes in Preesall, consisting of 15 two-bedroom dormer bungalows, 11 two-bedroom houses and 13 three-bed houses.
Due to a shortage of good quality, affordable housing in the local area, we were able to obtain full planning permission from Wyre Borough Council for this 100% greenfield site.

To deliver the housing local people were looking for, we negotiated a typical conditional contract deal with the landowner, which was subject to planning and entering into a JCT D&B Contract with MCI’s preferred Registered Provider partner.
