Our senior leaders at MCI Developments are actively involved with all areas of the business – from boardroom to construction site. Craig is a respected construction professional and business leader with over 35 years’ experience in the house building industry. Having worked for 3 major national housebuilders, he joined Keepmoat in 2007. Craig has been at Keepmoat for over 17 years and has played his part in its success story so far. Having previously been MD of the Keepmoat Homes Manchester region, he took up his role with MCI in 2020 where his position has been pivotal to MCI’s growth strategy. His extensive knowledge of the industry and experience continues to help drive the MCI business forward.


Having worked across the Northwest and Midlands for both developers and national house builders, Jamie has worked in some of the toughest land markets in the country to deliver housing. Driven and with a desire to build enduring working relations, he and the land team are responsible for sourcing sites, driving planning, and delivering concepts into reality for our valued partners.


A chartered accountant, member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). A driven and passionate, hands on finance professional with prior experience in accounting practice, manufacturing and financial services. Paul joined Keepmoat Group in 2017, moving into the role of Finance Director at MCI in 2022.


Carolyn previously worked at Keepmoat within the Customer Care Team before joining MCI Developments North West in 2021 as Customer Care Manager. Carolyn has had a varied 17-year career within the construction industry working for national house builders involving new builds and affordable housing partnership associations. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, with a very passionate approach in providing excellent customer service delivery to all.


Peter has been with the Keepmoat group since 2019 and was appointed as Head of Commercial at MCI Developments in 2022, he brings 20 years of commercial experience within the construction industry working for numerous national house builders as well as main contracting and subcontract experience. He has a dynamic yet passionate approach in his delivery and has worked to streamline the commercial process over at MCI.

Having been in the industry for 37 years, Ian has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge to be able to assist MCI Developments in growing the business to become the number one of its kind. Ian has previously worked for Keepmoat Homes and was at Taylor Wimpey for 11 years, delivering over 500 units each year. Throughout his career as a Contracts Manager/Construction Director, he has helped both Taylor Wimpey and Keepmoat Homes to achieve 8 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.


Mark Hadfield joined the business as Technical Director in 2024, bringing more than 27 years’ of experience within the housebuilding sector, most recently working as a Regional Managing Director at Countryside Properties.
Mark’s role as Technical Director will see him responsible for heading up and overseeing MCI’s technical department to develop the team and grow the business.


Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the RICS. He has worked in the property sector for over 35 years and held a number of senior positions in the Housebuilding / Development sector. His expertise spans land acquisition, planning strategy, site appraisal and stakeholder negotiation. Over the years, he has secured numerous development opportunities delivering new homes and creating value for landowners and housebuilders.


Having worked within the industry for 30 years from leaving school Stuart has worked for a number of well-known house builders and contractors in this time. Stuart is a driven, focused and methodical Commercial lead with a good construction knowledge and understanding. He is however still a big believer in everyday being a school day and there always being new things to learn.


Having worked in the customer service sector of the construction industry for 10 years Rebecca has a strong focus on delivering exceptional service through collaboration and teamwork. She works closely with clients, customers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes. Rebecca has a proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to building positive working relationships that support business success.


Matthew is an engineer with a strong grounding in civils and technical delivery across the residential housebuilding sector. Managing development infrastructure from acquisition through to completion. His career to date spans a broad range of housebuilder and subcontractor environments, including time at a national premium house builder where he developed a thorough working knowledge of the housebuilding industry, With hands-on experience both client- and contractor-side, Matthew brings a practical, commercially aware approach to technical management, with a track record of delivering high-quality residential and major civil schemes to programme.


Luke joined MCI Developments in 2023 and is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He brings extensive experience in delivering financial forecasts, improving financial processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. He is known for his attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to the wider business. Luke is committed to driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and contributing to overall business performance.


Dan Chantler is a highly experienced and well-respected construction professional with 19 years of experience in the North West housebuilding industry. As a Contracts Manager at MCI Developments, Dan has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, award-winning residential developments through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Prior to his current role, Dan gained industry leading site management experience, starting his career with Lovell, and later working for Keepmoat Homes and Bloor Homes, where he successfully delivered a range of residential developments and earned both regional and national awards in recognition of his achievements in quality, health and safety, and project delivery. His broad housebuilding industry knowledge, practical expertise, and commitment to excellence enable him to lead MCI Construction teams and to deliver successful projects from Pre-Construction through to Handover and Practical Completion.
