Through its non-charitable arm, Southway Housing Trust successfully delivered its first private rented scheme of 42 apartments working in partnership with MCI Developments.
The project team worked closely together from initial design stage all the way through to scheme completion. The results are clearly apparent in that the team has created a high-quality development near the centre of Altrincham which has attracted an extremely high level of interest and is now fully let.
