Development of 22 homes (4 x 3 bedroom homes and 18 x 2 bedroom homes). All of the properties are to be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. The new homes will be available for rent and will be constructed to Homes and Communities Agency standards.
The site has been assembled following detailed negotiations with two separate land vendors. The front part of the site was the former St Paul’s Church which has been vacant for a number of years. The rear land was unused open space which suffered from anti-social behavior. The new housing will provide a comprehensive development of these two parcels of land providing much needed affordable housing for the area.
