This infill development consists of 10 new homes at former scrub land in Kirkby. The site has recently become used as a hive for antisocial behaviour. The new development will infill this area and eradicate this problem for local residents. The new development plans bungalows and houses which will be available for affordable rent. MCI and Liverpool Housing Trust have worked closely with the Local Authority and key stakeholders in order to bring forward this development site. MCI agreed to purchase the land from the Local Authority subject to obtaining satisfactory planning.

The new homes will commence construction straight away, and will be ready for occupation on September 2016.

“This development of new homes will be our sixth joint venture with Liverpool Housing Trust. We have recently completed homes for LHT in Walton and look forward to another successful scheme with a valued client. The area needs the regeneration which will be of benefit to adjoining neighbours”
