MCI are pleased to announce that works have started at land off Peter Moss Way in Levenshulme, Manchester. The redundant and fire damaged buildings which formally houses Plasman Plastics are due for demolition in December 2015. 36 new two and three bedroomed homes will be built for affordable rent and shared ownership. The scheme has been part funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and will be built for Great Places and Plumlife. Part of the land was also purchased from Manchester City Council as part of their infill programme.


All of the new homes will be built to the highest energy standards and will be available for rent / purchase early 2017.
