Development of 20 homes (12 x 3 bedroom homes and 8 x 2 bedroom homes). All of the properties are to be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. The new homes will be available for rent and will be constructed to Homes and Communities Agency standards.

The site is ‘brownfield’ land that has been vacant for circa 20 years; its comprehensive development will be a real asset for the area and provide valuable new affordable homes.  The land will be fully remediated prior to commencement.
