DESCRIPTION

This scheme of affordable homes is being developed in partnership with affordable housing provider Halton Housing Trust and the Homes and Communities Agency. The new scheme will provide 23 properties in total. The new housing mix is varied; 1 / 2 and 3 bedroomed properties are all planned in order to meet a broad spectrum of housing need.

The homes will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. The site is situated off Lockfield, Runcorn in 2 separate parcels. MCI bought the site from Administrator KPMG following the failure of the previous developer. The land has been vacant for 4 years and this new development will complete the redevelopment at the large site

The project is expected to be completed by May 2015.
