A development of 51 new homes at the former Buckles Garden Centre. This brownfield site was purchased from the garden centre following years of reduced trading. As part of the deal MCI has constructed a new private car park for the adjacent children’s nursery. This has provided a secure separate access which is an asset to the development.

51 new homes will be built for Liverpool Mutual Homes. All of which will be available for affordable rent. The scheme will see a mix of 2 and 3 bedroomed houses and bungalows built.

“This is our second large development scheme for our valued partner Liverpool Mutual Homes. The development will regenerate the derelict site following remediation. This flagship site is LMH’s first new development site within the Borough of Knowsley. We are proud to have packaged the site up for LMH.”
