The development totals 67 homes and is an important scheme for both Great Places and MCI. The site plans a diverse tenure mix, including, open market sale by MCI, affordable rent and shared ownership sale by Great Places. The diverse mix of properties includes 1 – 4 bed homes. This ensures a wide choice for property purchasers / tenants.

The development has been supported by the Homes and Communities Agency and Salford City Council. A modern design is incorporated to ensure that the development is a ‘landmark site’ for all stakeholders.

The project is expected to be completed by June 2016.
