A new development planned on land designated as open countryside within Cheshire Easts Local Plan. MCI secured the planning consent for 100% affordable housing due to the lack of Cheshire East’s ability to demonstrate a five year land supply. 81 new homes will be built, all of which will be for affordable rent.

The scheme has the full support of the Homes and Communities Agency, who have channelled a large amount of grant funding into the scheme. Development has already commenced and all the new properties will be constructed by June 2018

The development has been fully funded and supported by the Homes and Communities Agency. It will be a rented scheme, but there will be the opportunity to buy a number of the homes via shred ownership.

Works have already commenced are due to be fully complete by March 2018.
