Berlin Road

DESCRIPTION

The development will be built on the derelict and vacant St Marks church in Stockport. The land is currently subject to vandalism and the new development will plan 10 new family homes, 4 of which shall be available for shared equity purchase. MCI worked very closely with local residents and the planning department to gain a well-planned and respectful housing estate. The development is a mix of affordable rental and shared ownership homes.  All of the 10 properties are 2 bedroomed.

The scheme is being developed in partnership with affordable housing provider JJHT and the Homes and Communities Agency.
