This development consists of 51 new homes and apartments at the former Vitamol site. The site formerly accommodated a rubber moulding manufacturer and has since remained vacant on a long term basis, with remaining industrial sheds and
office/administrative buildings in an extremely dilapidated industrial space.
The new homes will be built to the highest energy efficiency standards and will be available for affordable rent. This redevelopment will positively regenerate the area for surrounding residents.
Demolition is due to start straight away with works scheduled to complete in 2017.
