Trouthall Lane, Plumley

Development of 8 homes (1 x 3 bedroom home and 7 x 2 bedroom homes). All of the properties are to be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. The new homes will be available for rent and will be constructed to Homes and Communities Agency standards. MCI obtained planning approval in August 2012 following extensive consultation and collaboration with Plumley residents and Cheshire East Council.

The scheme which is being built on greenbelt land has been sensitively designed by architects Picea Design. A courtyard style mews block replicates the adjacent listed building. High quality materials are proposed to take advantage of this picturesque location.
