MCI Developments, part of the UK’s leading partnership home builder Keepmoat Homes has commenced work on 48 new apartments for Viaduct Housing Partnership, the development partnership between Stockport Homes Group and Stockport Council.
The apartments which are located on Stockholm Road include a mix of one and two bedroom units and will be made available equally for rent and shared ownership through Viaduct Housing Partnership.
Work started on the £4.8 million scheme this month following planning approval by Stockport Council.
This project follows the successful development of 27 homes at Blackstone Road, Stockport by MCI for Viaduct Housing Partnership.
